excellent stay with amazing views

the location was central, near the louvre and shopping areas. the staff was polite and helpful in early 2024. i had a amazing view from my window (the eiffel tower!), a special touch. the breakfast buffet had many options.
the elevators were small, so i often used the stairs to get to my room.

the staff was cute and helpful from arrival. one staff member was very attentive and even brought juice when he noticed my child wasn't feeling well. the front desk provided quick email communication before my stay.

the location was central and allowed easy access to many attractions.
the room's temperature control was faulty, causing discomfort i reported this issue, it took a day to resolve i also found the lack of conveniently placed outlets near the bed inconvenient the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear such as the toilet flush button being faulty.

the room was cold since the hotel's heating was off. i had to request an electric radiator. the phone in the room did not work and it wasn't fixed. the wifi signal was very weak.
